I absolutely agree with all the positive reviews of this product. It's a great simple natural remedy that really works to support breathing functions and relief the symptoms of sinusitis, allergies, asthma, etc. Lots of info on the internet about Fenugreek-Thyme, including some claims that it lowers sugar in the body - helpful for diabetics as well. Thanks to Amazon for making this and other products available at reasonable prices - I am a huge fan! :-)

Nature's Way Fenu-Thyme, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)
This is an excellent natural expectorant. The usual dose is 2 capsules twice daily, but when allergies are kicking in or a cold is coming on, you can take it up to five times a day. This is a natural supplement that works.

We took a test at our doctors where you rest your hand on a small machine that can read your health.
They said my husband needed Thyme so we went to buy it and could not find it anywhere. I found it on amazon and was so thankful. This item is wonderful. It is good to find the things that are hard to find on this site. The vitamin is very fresh and really has helped him a lot. Thank you.
